MoonPhase is a nice way to keep track of the current moon phase and where it will be in the future. Easily find the next full moon or new moon. Also there are a few options on how the moon looks and where the user is viewing it from (northern/southern hemisphere). Also add a werewolf warning for all those superstitious types out there.

MoonPhase for both iPhone and iPad is your guide to all sorts of moon info! And a little bit of sun info too.
All presented in a beautiful, easy to use format. So convenient you will use it everyday!
Easily find for today or any day between 1900-2100:
- moon rise/set times
- moon transit times
- lunar cycle details with eclipse indicators
- full moon names (including Blue Moons)
- zodiac position
- moon's location in the sky
- moon phase (of course!)
- observed moon angle (optional)
- sun rise/set times
- sun transit times
Use it to find times for moonlit walks, avoiding werewolves and maybe even fishing! Whatever your lunar info needs, MoonPhase has you covered.
No internet connection is required so it works wherever you are.

I use it all the time - 5 stars - October 20, 2009
Wow. I bought this since i always wanted to be more knowledgable about space. I not only learned a lot, but use this app all the time.
The menus could be a little nicer but i have no suggestions.

Love the app! Graphics and features are great but what is that horrible howl?!?! Get a real howl and not someone trying to sound like a wolf!

Great app. anyone who is at all intrested in the phases of the moon or the rising and setting of the sun should consider this app. Very easy to use and the price is right!

Moon phases & Sun rises- perfect - 5 stars - September 29, 2009
I know my zodiac, as well as my mood. Just wanted to know moon phases & sun rise/set times without fluff I don't need, and so I am perfectly elated with this awesome app. Job excellently done guys! Congrats!

Just A Suggestion.. - 4 stars - September 20, 2009
It's a good app. It can be a great app. I've had it for quite a while & use it often. It would be nice if it would show when the red & blue moons appear though. I've seen the red moon only twice & the blue moon once & would like to see them again sometime. Just a suggestion.
